Change Your Habits – Improve Your Life
Our daily habits form our daily routines, which make up the components of our day. What would your day be like if you had a healthy meal for lunch at the office?
How would you feel if you were a little more active throughout the day? What would your mental state be like if you could take back control over negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones?
Everything that you “wish” you could do, you CAN do, you just need to form new habits that make those goals possible!
I’ve put this event together because I believe in the power of forming positive habits. I know from experience that with a little bit of determination and a little bit of education, people can recreate their routines into a lifetime filled with more productivity, more happiness, and more satisfaction.
Discover Your “WHY”
Your WHY is the heart of your company, what you stand for, and ultimately, what determines your success.
The important part of discovering your WHY is finding the meaning in what you do by defining why you do what you do. It is the fundamental belief that inspires visions and drives actions!
When you work from your WHY, you are coming from a place bigger than the products you sell, the services you provide, and profit you reap. Simply, you are driven by a purpose that gives meaning and value to your business.
Identifying your WHY starts with a simple question: “What matters to me most?”
Once you identify your WHY, you can start making wiser, purposeful decisions and goals that cultivate teamwork and give you a clear idea of where your company is headed. It is also helpful in aligning everything under one purpose which allows you to work with a singular mission and concentrated focus.
Stress is Killing Us!!
Did you know that stress is known as the “the silent killer” because it can lead to heart disease, high blood pressure, chest pain, and an irregular heartbeat?
Did you know that the stress hormone, cortisol, not only causes abdominal fat to accumulate, but it also enlarges individual fat cells?
Did you know that stress can alter blood sugar levels, which can cause mood swings, fatigue, hyperglycemia, and metabolic syndrome – a major risk factor for heart attack and diabetes?
Stress is a physiological reaction to perceived harmful webinars, attacks, or threats to survival. The stress response serves a very important function. However, problems occur when the response isn’t turned off. Even minor stressors trigger the body causing survival mode to kick in. This overreaction puts the body, and your health at risk for illness.
My goal is to prevent you from suffering from stress-related illness, which is why I invite you to attend my next webinar.
During this experience, you will learn immediately implementable techniques for reducing stress and getting your health back on track!
Getting From Here to There
Did you know psychologists have determined we can program our brains for new habits by regularly engaging in an activity for 90 days? The brain continually uses yesterday as a model to get through today.
Over a period of doing the same activity, change becomes embedded in the brain as normal and auto-pilot can take over.
Success is not about having more money, but changing your mindset. In fact, if you have even just one dollar more than you need, some would consider you rich. Instead, success is a journey and getting from where you are in life, to where you want to be, can be accomplished by simply changing your way of thinking.
Our mindset, habits, and response to feedback can be altered to ensure successful outcomes in all aspects. When it comes to saving money, for example, do you treat it as a choice? What if you were to look at saving as a means to survival? How much more committed would you be?
During our time together, we will explore various concepts and methods of success and how to get to where you want to be faster. I invite you to attend my next webinar, Discover Your Unique Purpose to learn how you can define and accomplish your personal idea of success!
Boost Your Health By Improving Your Relationships!
Did you know that people with strong social relationships are 50% less likely to die prematurely?
Also, research links higher rates of depression, decreased immune function, and increased blood pressure to a lack of social connections.
Even the harmful effects of stress can be negated by participating in caring relationships!
Having healthy, meaningful relationships are important to our personal growth and development as well as our mental and physical health. Throughout the day we may have to change relationship hats, however, at the heart of any relationship is communication. My goal is to share the importance of building strong relationships as well as the tools you need to succeed.
Come join me at my next webinar, Building Strong Relationships, to learn various techniques to help build stronger relationships.
Learn the Benefits of Asking for Help
Are you a lone ranger? A perfectionist? Someone who thinks that the only way to get something done right is to do it yourself?
If so, my upcoming webinar, The Power in Asking for Help, is perfect for you.
I created The Power in Asking for Help because I know from experience, both with my clients and personally, that asking for help can oftentimes feel as though you’re expressing weakness to those around you. My goal for this event is to show participants that, in reality, asking for help can actually make you stronger.
For some people, asking for help is simple. For others, it feels like dry swallowing a pill—awkward and uncomfortable. This is partially due to the society we live in, that encourages us to be self-reliant, and pull ourselves up by our bootstraps. Unfortunately, this mindset leaves us with long to-do lists, feeling burnt out and overwhelmed. Join me to explore the positive factors in asking for help and the negative outcomes from refusing to change your ways.
Transform Your Life By Taking Control Of Your Mind!
Our minds are powerful machines! The thoughts we produce can translate into action, and that is how we truly achieve GREATNESS.
However, if we are filling our minds with negative comments about ourselves and our circumstances, we are creating boundaries that we otherwise would not need to overcome. (Think of your mind as a computer. You must program it efficiently for it to run smoothly and complete its task. Your mind is the same way!)
Instead, focusing on positive thoughts and building confidence in yourself provides the framework to help you take control of your mind so that nothing can hold you back.
This self-confidence is a crucial component of making decisions, accepting responsibility, and taking that first step out of your comfort zone. With small efforts every day, you can begin to improve how you view yourself as the unique and gifted individual you are!
Join me to see how you can transform your life by replacing your limiting beliefs with unlimited possibilities at my webinar, Believe – Learn How to Transform Your Limiting Beliefs Into Unlimited Opportunities.
During this experience, you will learn practical tools to strengthen your self-confidence by dismantling negative self-talk and learning how to take control of the space between your ears and begin to BELIEVE you are capable of achieving greatness!
An ‘Attitude of Gratitude’ Might Just Change Your Life!
Did you know that only 52% of women and 44% of men in the US actively practice gratitude on a regular basis?
Did you know that expressing gratitude has an immediate and powerful impact on our levels of happiness?
And it’s not just saying ‘please’ and ‘thank you’.
It’s an entire way of looking at life. Gratitude can change your entire perspective on the world and help you appreciate things you never would have stopped to acknowledge before.
In this way, scientists have come to understand how gratitude literally causes changes in our brain to occur. When neurotransmitters in the brain form new pathways, it allows us to not only access more positive feelings of gratitude and happiness, but to SHARE that gratitude with the world by acknowledging and expressing it.

How Badly Do You Want To Accomplish Your Goals?
When you have a vision, it is your goals that provide direction, motivation, and the framework to take action necessary to achieve them. Identifying your company’s core values is a fundamental step on the road to creating achievable goals because once you define your values, you have the answer to a very important question: “Why do I do what I do?”
The next step is to identify what purpose your goal serves as it relates to your core values.
Visualization is a great way to determine this and to put energy behind your ideas to help them come to life. To do this, you might set up a vision board in your office posted with images, ideas, and steps to communicate, focus and encourage creative thinking.
Your long-term goal is aligned with your company’s mission and purpose and sets the course for your ‘big picture’ vision. (This typically involves growth in four major areas of your company: service, social profit, and growth.)
Short-term goals, on the other hand, are actionable items, and setting them requires specificity, a timeframe, and a strategy for measuring how they get you closer to your overall, long-term goal.
The following questions can help you get clear on your short-term goals:
-Specificity – What is your specific goal?
-Measurability – How do you measure your progress toward your long-term goal?
-Achievability – What you will gain by achieving the goal?
-Relevance – What does achieving goal mean for your business?
-Timeliness – What is the timeframe is for achieving the goal?
With your goals in mind, the next step is putting a plan in place to achieve them.
